1. Gorgon's Grove Cocktail

  • Ingredients:
    • 2 oz Gin
    • 1 oz Medusa Green Apple Maple Syrup™
    • 1 oz Lime Juice
    • Sparkling Water
    • Ice
    • Apple Slices and Mint for garnish
  • Instructions:
    1. In a shaker, combine gin, Medusa syrup, and lime juice.
    2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
    3. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
    4. Top with sparkling water and garnish with apple slices and a sprig of mint for a refreshingly crisp drink.

2. Serpent's Bite Pancakes

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
    • 2 tsp Baking Powder
    • 1/2 tsp Salt
    • 1 tbsp Sugar
    • 1 cup Milk
    • 1 Egg
    • 2 tbsp Melted Butter
    • Medusa Green Apple Maple Syrup™ for serving

Tart Sweet Perfection

I made french toast and my husband chose this from our "collection". It was the perfect bite! The tartness of the apple is amazing! It matches so well with the sweetness of the maple. This has become my new favorite.

Good Flavor, Great Mix in!

Maple syrup flavor is direct and in front when tried by itself. Green apple comes through after initial maple flavoring. Overall a very good direct taste but the true magic was when used as a mix in/sweetner add for things such as overnight oats in which the maple was subtle but also let the apple shine.

Would definitely purchase again based on flavor alone let alone with the shipment speed and customer service being spectacular.
