What if I have allergies or sensitivities?

We always strive to have products that are safe for almost everyone. If you are aware of known allergies it's best to read the ingredients before consuming. Our syrup ingredients are gluten-free, egg-free, soy-free, vegan and nut-free. However, there is always possibility of cross-contamination so if you suffer from severe allergies please do not consume. 


How do I open the bottle?

Your bottle has a twist top cap, simply grip firmly and twist anti-clockwise and this will break the wax seal cleanly. Sometimes the wax can be a little bit thick as they are hand-dipped. If this is the case and you find you cannot twist the cap off, simply sit the bottle upside down in a pot of hot water so that the wax seal is submerged and that will soften the wax; and then you can re-attempt twisting the cap off. There is no need to use a knife or sharp object. We cannot claim liability for anyone who injures themself by using a sharp object, it is simply not needed and we would never advise the use of one.


Do I need to refrigerate my syrup?

Your syrup can last up to 1-2 years unopened on a cool shelf, however once opened please refrigerate and consume within 6 months.


Where is it made?

WytchWood syrup is tapped in the forests of Vermont and produced right on site. We then infuse precise amounts of various organic natural flavor concentrates and purees to produce our one-of-a-kind syrup.



WytchWood is always 100% all natural, organic, eco-conscious and sustainably sourced. 



Do you accept returns?

Because of the nature of our items we do not accept returns. We do offer refunds on our products if your box or contents are missing or have been damaged. If this is the case, please take a photo and contact us at OliveTheCat@wytchwood.com


If you are not satisfied with any of our products please let us know by sending an email. We take our customers feedback very seriously and it's our goal to provide the highest quality of products.



Do you ship internationally?

Due to the heavy weight of Maple Syrup, it being foodstuff, as well being contained in recyclable glass bottles, we are unfortunately not offering international shipping as a standard. However, if you wish to order it you can contact us directly at OliveTheCat@wytchwood.com and we can create a shipping price quote for you.



If your package is marked delivered and you did not receive it, your first step is to contact your local USPS office. You are able to file a claim directly with them. All USPS personnel now have GPS tracking, so your package is scanned once at the delivery address. When your claim is filed, please ask your neighbors if they have mistakenly received your package. We are not responsible for missing packages and this must be taken up with your local USPS. If they are unable to locate your package you can also contact local authorities to declare stolen mail.  



 If your package is received damaged or missing contents inside the first step is take photos and email us. You must keep all packaging otherwise your claim will not be valid. Once you contact us, we will file a claim with USPS. You will then receive a letter in your mailbox within 5-10 days with instructions to bring your damaged box to your local USPS office for a written up damage report signed by your postmaster, you must email us a copy of this. Once this is provided we will then send your replacement of damaged items. If these steps are not taken, you will not be sent replacements.


How long does it take to ship?

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship. We ship twice weekly from Vermont. Please note some of our items are pre-orders and will note the estimate shipping time. Be aware of shipping delays during the holidays.


My package says shipped and its delayed.

Once the package has left our warehouse, we are not responsible for delays. This can be due to holidays, weather or other various reasons. We cannot provide more information then that you are able to see on your tracking.



Do you offer free product in exchange for promotion?

We do not ship free products in exchange for promotion. If you feel aligned with our brand and want to work with us send us an e-mail!
